A heavy-duty translucent bottle, pressure relief valve and piston pump are standard on both pump models, with easy servicing and spare parts readily available making these sprayers ideal for all fertiliser, pesticide and weed control spraying.

WaterClear – The biodegradable water management solution

Control of aquatic weed species within waterbodies can often prove to be a challenge, but a citrus-based product, now readily available in the marketplace, WaterClear, is proving to be an effective tool for management.

WaterClear is a citrus-based solution used for control of the common aquatic weeds:

• Duckweed (Lemna minor)
• Red Azolla (Azolla filiculoides)
• Salvinia (Salvinia molesta)

How it works

WaterClear, once applied to area inhabited by the aquatic weed, influences the characteristics of the water (i.e. the surface tension), causing the plants to sink below the surface, and ultimately drown.

Grundfos group forms new pump division with Italian DWT group

Multinational pump manufacturer the Grundfos Group has recently formed a new pumping division incorporating a number of fully owned Italian manufacturers.

The DWT Group comprises of world recognised pumping brands such as Leader Pumps and DAB Pumps, as well as quality brands of Alma Pumps, WaCS Electronics, and Tesla Motors.

The DWT Group was formed to provide a diverse product range into the global market through strategic distribution partners. The group also aims to achieve worldwide manufacturing and marketing cost savings.
